Paul Stockhill, managing director of Agemaspark, was extremely proud to be asked to take part in a video for the Department of Education focusing on filling the skills gap.
In the video Paul shares his experience of growing his precision engineering firm by growing his own talent through the apprenticeship scheme. He explains how this enabled him to ensure that his employees have exactly the right skills for the job.
Impressively Paul’s first ever apprentices are now senior managers with the firm. He’s achieved his mission of building and growing his business for future success.
